SHIPPING

All items are sent out via the United States Postal Service. Your jewelry will be insured and shipped in a mailing box/bag with bubble wrap to ensure that your piece arrives in perfect condition. These rates are actual USPS rates for shipping within the US; I do not make a profit on shipping. International shipping rates are upon quotation — to receive a shipping quote click here.

$100.01 — $200.00 -- $6.90
$200.01 — $300.00 -- $7.90
Over $300.00 -- $15.00

If you wish your purchase to be shipped to another recipient as a gift, please indicate this on the order form. A small card with a personal message can be sent with the jewelry. Please indicate your message in the comments section of the order form. Items shipping to more than one location are subject to multiple shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: For your protection, international orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address only.

RETURN POLICY

All non-custom items may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange within 7 days of receipt of package. Items MUST be returned in their original condition and a return authorization is REQUIRED. Items will not be accepted without an authorization code. To obtain a return authorization code please email me.
Terms of custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process and are not subject to the above terms. Shipping fees and any transaction fees are nonrefundable. On exchange items, the appropriate shipping charges apply.

REPAIRS

In the unlucky event beads need to be restrung or if a finding breaks in the course of normal wear, I will fix the item free of charge for up to one year. After one year, I will not charge a fee for labor costs, but will charge you cost for findings.

CLEANING AND CARE

Coordinated earrings are available in all styles, as well as custom earrings; email me for more details.
All of the earrings I make are made using Sterling Silver — and are nickel free. Sterling Silver will tarnish. I suggest you clean silver with a soft cloth made just for this purpose, available in most jewelry stores. If you are allergic to metal, try a pair of these earrings, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Earring backs: I will send several rubber like "backs." Wearing these backs on the earring wires will prevent the loss of your earring during normal activities of living (i.e. putting on and off a coat, getting caught in your hair . . . etc.). The first time you put them on the earring wire, twist the rubber stopper onto the wire while it's off your ear. Once the stopper has been broken in, they are easy to use.

My earrings can be converted to post, European style lever backs, and clip-on . . . but, please note . .. clip-ons are base metal only. Just let me know on the order form that you wish for a different post/lever back/clip-on . . . and I will be happy to honor your request. Additional costs for sterling silver post is $2.50 and for European style lever backs, $5.00.
